Who is responsible for entering league results?

The home team is responsible for submitting the result within 24 hours of the match ending.

What happens if the result is submitted after this time?

A penalty of 2 points will be applied (to the home team) when these are received more than 48 hours after the game has been completed.

How to submit a result

All results should be entered using our online form which can be found on our League Forms page here. Our forms are supported across all browsers and devices and you will be prompted if you have omitted any required information. You will be redirected to our confirmation page after completing the captcha (I am not a robot) and submitting your result.

When to complete a no results form

A no results form should be completed whenever any scheduled game is postponed or cancelled regardless of whether it will be rearranged or not.
The SNCL works hard to minimise the number of no results during the summer season – currently running at one third  – and carefully monitors the reasons for these.
It is the responsibility of the home team to enter a no results form when -
• A fixture you have arranged, for whatever reason, does not go ahead even if you plan to reschedule this for later in the season.
• A fixture (other than an U17 game), for whatever reason, is not completed in the allocated time window specified by The League. This requirement applies even if both team managers have mutually agreed to defer the fixture until a later date.
• In the case of a rearranged or deferred game, both team managers have consulted and agreed that there is no prospect of completing the fixture before the end of the season.
The no result form will give you the option to state the reason for such a postponement or cancellation.

Including match reports

Whenever possible, please include a summary of the game no matter how brief. These are posted on our Facebook and website pages and are widely followed.

Submitting photographs

We welcome the submission of photographs. In line with our latest Privacy Policy, these must be accompanied by a disclosure from an authorised club manager or coach that the appropriate permissions - usually obtained at the beginning of the season on youth registration forms - regarding open publication of such images has been received and recorded.

Photographs should be submitted via our e-mail where you can include such permission in the text area.
